Q. Is my order shipped from overseas?
A. We distribute our products locally from Melbourne, hence providing a 2 to 3 day delivery time on all goods within Australia. Orders are shipped the day after payment is received, and in most cases, parts are delivered by 12pm the following day (within most locations around Australia). Please contact us for further information.

Q. What if I have a problem with my device?
A. If you need any assistance operating the device, please call or email us at any time. All products sold by Hitecha come with a warranty valid from the date of purchase. If at any time there are any issues with a product within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement ASAP. You just need to contact us, then send the item back to our office in Melbourne.

Q. What if I am not happy with the product when I receive it?

A. If you are not happy, simply return the product within 14 days for a full refund, no problem.
